Chris Kiritsy

Chris has held various C-suite management positions in finance, business development, and drug development in both public and private companies. He played a central role in transforming Kos Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (formerly KOSP-Nasdaq) from a start-up into a publicly traded, 1,000-person, fully integrated company, in which Kos internally developed and commercialized its blockbuster Niaspan® franchise and was ultimately acquired by Abbott Labs for approximately $4 billion. He has expertise in public and private financing activities, as well as in negotiating strategic transactions. Chris is experienced in board governance, serving in audit, compensation, and chair board roles for private and public companies.

Before his advisory roles, Chris again teamed up with the late pharmaceutical legend, Michael Jaharis, to co-found Arisaph Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and served as President and Chief Executive Officer until its exit in 2018. He oversaw several products into clinical development, raising nearly two-thirds of the capital through non-dilutive royalty monetizations. Prior to Arisaph, Chris was Executive Vice President, Corporate Development, and Chief Financial Officer of Kos, responsible for all finance, corporate communications, and business development functions. During his tenure, he raised approximately $500 million in public equity capital, including Kos’ IPO, and spearheaded ten corporate development transactions.  He currently serves as Director and member of the audit and nominating committees of Pavella Therapeutics (Nasdaq: PVLA). Chris is the founder and managing member of Precision Kapital, LLC, a private investment/advisory firm, and has been an advisor to Red Sky Partners, LLC since 2023.

Chris began his business career in R&D at the Institute of Molecular Biology, Inc., where he co-authored multiple scientific publications. He holds an A.B. in Biology with a minor in Economics from Bowdoin College and an M.B.A. from Boston University.
